We are looking for native German-speaking Customer Care Talents to first join our Talent Pool and then have the opportunity to start working on a variety of Contact Center projects like Inbound call handling in the Hospitality industry- Reservation Booking, Survey Handling - Outbound calls in Heath Care and Catering industry.

We are still growing our inbound customer care team in the Hospitatily industry for the high Season (June-July-August)!
In case you would like to start working immediately on this amazing project for the Summer and with a possibility to stay on a long term on this, or other projects. This is our last training for this Summer Season, qualify yourself TODAY to our Talent Pool, and start training in the first week of July!

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of Call Center Experience (Inbound/Outbound)
Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
Computing Skills- strong user level
You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
You are a strong multitasker, with experience in using more online tools at the same time for work
German is your mother tongue language
Good communication skills in written and spoken English
College or University Degree is also an advantage
