We are looking for native German-speaking Customer Care Talents to first join our Talent Pool and then have the opportunity to start working on a variety of Contact Center projects like Inbound call handling in the Hospitality industry- Reservation Booking, Survey Handling - Outbound calls in Heath Care and Catering industry.
- We will need to double our inbound customer care team in the Hospitatily industry for the high Season, so we are already opening our qualification process for this project.
- In case you would like to start working on a project from end of March (in the high season), after qualifying yourself to our Talent Pool, you will have time to integrate to our online International Community and get to know your colleagues, before starting to train and work in this amazing, high speed, fun project.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of Call Center Experience (Inbound/Outbound)
- Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
- Computing Skills- strong user level
- You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
- You are a strong multitasker, with experience in using more online tools at the same time for work
- German is your mother tongue language
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- College or University Degree is also an advantage
