DESCRIPTION
Are you a German speaker with great communication skills? Join Salt’s Customer Service team in Athens and support one of Switzerland’s top telecom companies! Help customers with billing, roaming, and mobile issues while enjoying a competitive salary, monthly bonuses, and relocation support.
Your day to day:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from German-speaking customers
- Support clients with billing, PIN/PUK issues, roaming questions, and general connectivity issues
- Assist with service renewals and promote additional products such as mobile security, TV, and internet
- Deliver top-quality service while maintaining Salt’s customer satisfaction and retention goals
- Use internal systems to manage, resolve, and follow up on customer inquiries
REQUIREMENTS
- C2 level German — native or near-native fluency
- B2 level English — for internal communication and training
- Strong technical aptitude — confident navigating mobile and internet services
- Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Athens (relocation support provided)
OFFER
- Base salary: €1,300/month gross
- Performance bonus: Up to €240/month
- Working hours: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 08:00–00:00
- Location: On-site in Moschato, Athens
- Relocation package: Yes — support offered for candidates moving from abroad
- Training: Provided (in English), with a nesting period of 2 weeks
