DESCRIPTION
  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat
  • Support premium members with their issues
  • Find out what the customer’s problem is and guide them to a solution
  • Record what you did and mark the case (for example, if it’s a bug or a common issue)
  • Typical tasks: help with account problems, solve video playback errors, or fix uploading issues
  • Provide basic troubleshooting in a clear and friendly way
REQUIREMENTS

You can appy for a senior position, if you have at least 12 months of Customer Support experience. within Contact Center to be considered a Senior Agent. 

With less experience you can apply for a Junior Agent position.
