Your responsibilities:

As a passionate and accomplished B2B Sales Advisor in this project in the Tourism and Travel sector, your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Securing customer loyalty through excellent sales support via outbound calls and emails
  • Pursuing and closing sales with business clients
  • Optimizing content, rates, and availability on our websites to boost customer conversion
  • Securing additional lodging rates and availability during high demand periods to meet customer needs
  • Obtaining promotional offers to support brand merchandising and marketing efforts
  • Providing top-level support to our customers
  • Handling general requests across multiple communication channels
  • Delivering accurate and complete information by following the correct procedures
  • Communicating with partners and answering customer questions courteously, friendly, and professionally
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Suggesting operational improvements to ensure smooth team functioning
  • Creating an exceptional customer experience that people value and are proud of
  • Following management direction and reporting any technical issues

Your profile:


  • German language skills at C2 level + English language skills at C1 level
  • Needs to be located in Greece ideally
  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, call center environment, or a role involving customer interaction is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PC literacy required
  • Patience and empathy to accurately understand and resolve customer issues in accordance with customer satisfaction
  • Confidential handling of all data and personal information
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
