DESCRIPTION
- Review and process incoming legal requests related to privacy, defamation, fraud, forgery and other content matters.
- Analyse flagged content and determine whether it should be removed or remain online in accordance with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Keep up to date with policy updates and apply them consistently when moderating user-generated content.
- Perform searches and gather information to evaluate defamation claims, and maintain records for trending issues and quality metrics.
- Suggest process improvements and support cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and respectful online environment.
- Meet performance targets while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Work on-site in Lisbon as part of an international team.

REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near‑native German (C1) and fluent English (B2).
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely.
- High resilience when dealing with sensitive content and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Lisbon and to relocate if currently abroad.
- Previous experience in content moderation or legal administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
