Join Our Client's Team in Riga as a Customer Support Agent for an exciting banking project - no experience needed and relocation included!

Are you fluent in German and English, love solving problems, and enjoy helping people? This is your chance to join our client’s brand-new office in Riga and support a well-known Swedish fintech company on an exciting new project.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist customers by phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve cases within deadlines and meet performance goals
  • Escalate urgent cases to your lead when needed
  • Work both independently and in a team
  • Take part in training and contribute to team improvements

What We're Looking For
  • B2+ German level and solid English (B1+ minimum)
  • Friendly, positive, and motivated team player
  • Clean background check and minimum age of 18

What’s Offered
  • Competitive salary of 1700 Euro gross + performance bonus up to 300 Euro gross and a permanent contract
