The Position:

Join our elite Support Team for Facebook and Instagram, contributing to an exciting and international work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inquiries from new and existing customers (small and medium-sized businesses) via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Conducting outbound callbacks and proactive outreach, with no sales involved.
  • Independently and proactively finding solutions, leveraging the constantly available knowledge base.
  • Providing advice, training, and support to customers before and after independent purchases.
  • Resolving technical problems, including advertising placement, addressing technical errors, and answering questions about pixels and catalogs.
  • Managing payment and billing issues.
