Would you like to start an international career in Bulgaria? We are looking for motivated and service-oriented German-speaking candidates to join our client’s growing teams in Sofia across Customer Service and Technical Support roles.

What will you do?
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and account inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments
  • Review and moderate online content according to company policies
  • Ensure that platform content complies with community and safety standards
  • Handle sensitive content with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with international teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Document interactions and follow internal processes accurately

Candidate profile
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Motivated to relocate and build an international career
  • Willingness to move to Sofia, Bulgaria
