  • The position is based in a modern office near Oriente in Lisbon, with excellent public transport connections.
đź’Ľ Your Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales support to German-speaking customers by phone, email and online channels.
  • Answer questions about products, services and purchasing options.
  • Recommend suitable products according to each customer’s needs.
  • Assist with invoices, product availability, orders, shipping updates and logistics issues.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide reassuring solutions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and improve their overall experience.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to help optimise products and service processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent level of German.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented, patient and professional.
  • Comfortable communicating by phone, email and online channels.
  • Able to remain calm when handling complaints or challenging situations.
  • Interested in drones, cameras and innovative technology.
  • Available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00.
OFFER
  • Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
  • Eight-hour rotating shifts with an additional one-hour lunch break.
  • 22 days of annual leave.
  • Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly instalments.
  • Private health insurance from the first day of the employment contract.
  • Meal allowance of €7 per working day.
  • Monthly productivity bonus of up to €100, subject to performance, attendance and schedule adherence.
