Join an international customer service team in sunny Lisbon and support customers of a leading drone and camera technology company.

???? Your Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support to German-speaking customers by phone, email and online channels.
- Answer questions about products, services and purchasing options.
- Recommend suitable products according to each customer’s needs.
- Assist with invoices, product availability, orders, shipping updates and logistics issues.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide reassuring solutions.
- Build positive relationships with customers and improve their overall experience.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to help optimise products and service processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent level of German.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented, patient and professional.
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email and online channels.
- Able to remain calm when handling complaints or challenging situations.
- Interested in drones, cameras and innovative technology.
- Available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00.
OFFER
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
- Eight-hour rotating shifts with an additional one-hour lunch break.
- 22 days of annual leave.
- Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly instalments.
