Role Purpose

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your job will be to identify and implement the most effective advertising solutions through active collaboration with German businesses and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You’ll work with a diverse range of advertisers, providing tailored digital advertising strategies to meet each customer’s needs.

This is a target-driven role, where you'll focus on individual sales goals while being part of a larger team working to expand the client base across EMEA. You will join the largest team dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences while influencing the German online marketing landscape.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop innovative strategies to strengthen relationships with client companies and agencies, offering performance-enhancing recommendations, and promoting or upselling additional Google products.
  • Provide strategic guidance to businesses and agencies, ensuring they achieve the best ROI on their clients’ advertising investments by adopting a consultative approach.
  • Consistently meet sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer sales experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers via phone, video conferences, and email.


REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native-level proficiency in German
  • Fluent in English, with strong speaking and writing skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, ideally focused on building and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • A minimum of 0-1 years of sales experience
  • Familiarity with Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
  • A collaborative team player with leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, along with a strong desire to learn and grow

  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

  • Salary: starting from €30,000 gross/year, with the potential to earn up to €3,500 gross/year in bonuses
