DESCRIPTION
Join our team as a German-speaking Generative AI Annotator and help advance the performance of cutting-edge large language models. In this role you will create, evaluate and refine question–answer pairs to improve LLM outputs. You will annotate data, evaluate data quality, develop guidelines and conduct focused research across multiple topics. Working closely with researchers and engineers, you’ll deliver insights and propose improvements to ensure our generative AI systems meet rigorous standards of accuracy, ethics and cultural awareness.
REQUIREMENTS
- - Native or near‑native German with high proficiency in English.
- - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- - Solid understanding of social norms, current events and social media.
- - Resilient and comfortable evaluating sensitive content.
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to generate free‑form prompts and responses.
- - Experience analyzing data and trends and a passion for quality and accuracy.
- - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
