DESCRIPTION
Location: Dublin Ireland
Role: German speaking Content Moderator
Salary: €42,667 gross p/a
Working hrs: Full Time, 40 hrs, rotational between Mon – Sun 08.00 – 19.00
In this role, you will support the quality review of client workflows managed by the Client’s Global Operations, Special Operations, and Global Risk Operations teams. You will be responsible for reviewing sensitive and complex content, ensuring decisions align with client policies, regional context, and quality standards.
You will support quality review across the following areas:
- Organising or credibly threatening violence
- Promotion of self-harm
- Theft, vandalism, fraud, poaching, or sale of restricted goods
- Misrepresentation, impersonation, and privacy violations
- Hate speech and bullying
- Phishing, spam, and malware
- Child exploitation
- Nudity and pornography
- Sexual solicitation
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German and good command of English
- Previous Content Moderation experience is required
- Strong understanding of cultural and regional context relevant to the German market
- Ability to review sensitive and potentially disturbing content
- Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
