They are currently recruiting for a High Value Customer Account Manager.

The role:

As a High Value Customer Account Manager you will maintain and actively engage with an assigned portfolio of high-value customers by offering a personalized, proactive one-stop service tailored to their specific needs. You will support online players through phone, email, and live chat, assisting with questions about jackpots, deposits, withdrawals, and more. Understanding your portfolio deeply and customize each player’s experience according to their trends and preferences is important in this role. Besides this you will collaborate with the Regulatory teams to ensure full compliance with licensing requirements and help players provide necessary documentation, Source of Funds, and affordability declarations.

• Fluent in English and German.
• Previous experience in a VIP/HVC role
• Experience in the online gaming industry is desirable but not essential.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to use initiative and be proactive.
• Positive attitude and willing to take on a challenge.
• Demonstrated history of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to work on shifts, including weekends, public holidays and willing to travel for work.
