German Technical Support Specialist

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Role: German Technical Support Specialists

Salary: Between 1400-1500 euro net depending on experience

Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, rotational between Monday – Friday 08:00 – 19:00 

Are you a fluent German speaker with a technical support background? Are you eager to learn about technologies? We have a new exciting opportunity with our outsourcing partner client in Greece: German speaking SAP Support Specialist.

As a Technical Support Specialists you will represent an IT consultancy firm that provides SAP and Salesforce expertise to their business clients around the globe. You will be responsible to respond to and resolve incidents related to the SAP applications in a timely manner. You will be tasked to identify and address problems with the SAP application. Besides this you will fulfill client's requests related to the SAP applications and implement changes as needed to improve the overall performance and reliability of the SAP applications. This is a technical role that suits someone with previous tech support experience and who is willing to learn new skills in IT.

Requirements 

The successful candidate should have:

• Excellent communication skills in German both written and spoken (Min B2 Level)
• Good command of English
• Previous Technical Support experience is a must
• IT savvy and willing to learn
• Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
• Basic knowledge desired of SAP-PI (Preject Integration), SAP ChaRM (Transport Industry), SQL Statements, PowerShell / Linux / Windows Server
• Have good internet and home office facility

Salary and Benefits
