Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across multiple channels
Troubleshoot and provide accurate, user-focused solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Native-level or fluent Greek (C1+)
Good command of English (B2+)
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
Strong communication and active listening skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver practical solutions
