Location: Barcelona, Spain
Role: Hebrew speaking Business Development Representative
Salary: €27,360 gross/year + up to €6,840 gross/year in performance bonus
Office: This is a hybrid role, offering a mixture of home and office
Relocation: Flight ticket, taxi pick up from airport plus financial relocation package of 1,200 EUR
Important: Candidates must have valid right to work in Spain (EU nationality or valid Spanish work permit). Visa support is not provided.

Join an exciting business development project for one of the world’s most influential tech companies (confidential client) and help businesses across EMEA harness the power of digital transformation.
You’ll be based in vibrant Barcelona, working in a hybrid model for a global leader in customer experience services. Your role will focus on identifying and engaging potential business clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails (including cold calling)
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to detect high-potential prospects
- Build strong business relationships with C-level decision-makers
- Understand client pain points and align their needs with suitable cloud-based solutions
- Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO) targets and activity KPIs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest cloud products and digital trends
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a solution-selling mindset and customer-centric approach
- Ability to work confidently with quotas in a phone-based environment
- Good understanding of general IT concepts; cloud computing awareness is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital platforms
- Must already possess valid work authorization for Spain
