About the position:
•Manage the complete payroll process of one or multiple clients.
•Ensure a correct payroll calculation process, a timely payment run, an accuracy and timeliness Tax, a Social Security reporting and a correct accounting posting calculation to the client.
•Respond to and solve complex Organizational management, Personnel administration, Time management and Payroll cases or issues.
•BA in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
•Fluent French or Danish; Advanced English both written and spoken
•Minimum 6 months of experience in French Payroll
•Understanding of the French or Danish security legislation and tax
•Understanding of the format and delivery for the Legal Report to the French legal authorities
•Software Skills: HR systems + MS Office
•Excellent communication, organization, problem solving, time and stress management skills
