The Recruiter will be able to support other locations depending on the recruitment needs and the volume of recruitment.
Your duties will be the following:
-Plan and manage the recruitment process from the advertising stage through to the closing of vacancies. Work as a trusted partner with hiring managers and HR.
-Act as the first point of contact for external candidates.
-Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
-Conduct first interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate whether they could fit our company’s culture and meet the hiring managers’ expectations.
-Liaise with the candidates and hiring managers to organise interviews (face to face, telephone or skype as appropriate).
-Recommend and implement recruitment strategies that will attract the right pool of talent and capitalise on a strong pipeline of candidates.
-Prepare captivating adverts, select recruitment channels and advertise roles externally.
-Use social media tools to optimise visibility of vacancies. Initiate direct search on specific roles. Use recruitment agencies as appropriate.
-Keep hold of recruitment tools such as standard job descriptions, adverts, and competency based questions. Refresh or adapt these tools in order to target the right pool of candidates.
-Work with the HR team to establish good relationships with preferred recruitment agencies and agree terms and conditions.
-Act as system administrator for the Recruitment database system, update it and keep track of the recruitment progress from the initial vacancy request to the closing of the vacancy.
-Get support from the HR Administrator to coordinate some recruitment stages, help create recruitment reports, take references and manage the internal referral scheme.
-Escalate any difficulty to recruit for specific roles.
-Work with the hiring managers and the HR team to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage everyone’ expectations.
-Work with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and adapt tools and templates accordingly.
We are looking for candidates with the following requisites:
-Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Human Resources)
-5 years experience in international recruitment agency/department including experience of using a recruitment database and social media
-Advanced/Proficient Level of English
-Fluency in other languages
-Possess strong ability to screen and interview candidates. Ability to profile people.
-Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
-Autonomous and self-motivated with a desire to develop in international recruitment.
-Very good communication skills (written and verbal)
-Good organisational skills
-Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
