DESCRIPTION
- Support customers, riders, and vendors by resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism in Hungarian and English
- Troubleshoot daily operational challenges and escalated complex cases when necessary
- Work collaboratively to achieve service KPIs (accuracy, quality, speed)
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard processes
- Contribute to a positive and fast-moving team environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service operations, or a contact center
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or operational tools is a plus
