DESCRIPTION
  • Support customers, riders, and vendors by resolving issues quickly and effectively
  • Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism in Hungarian and English
  • Troubleshoot daily operational challenges and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Work collaboratively to achieve service KPIs (accuracy, quality, speed)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard processes
  • Contribute to a positive and fast‑moving team environment
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service operations, or a contact center
  • Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or operational tools is a plus
