Working Hours: 5 Days a Week, Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Salary: €13,200 per year

Monthly Bonus: €300

Job Description:

As a Hungarian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist, you will:

• Assist Hungarian-speaking users with technical inquiries and issues related to our video-based social media platform.
• Provide clear and friendly support via various communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance the platform's performance and user satisfaction.

• Fluent in Hungarian (both spoken and written).
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
