DESCRIPTION

On behalf of our client, an international leading brewer, we are hiring German speaking candidates to become part of a great friendly community. The company employs over 800 people in their Prague office, 70% of them being expats, mainly from Europe. Main responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for all European employees who need technical support (by phone calls, video calls, IT tickets)
  • Remotely troubleshoot their enquiries 
  • Escalate complex enquiries to Level 2 and 3 support
  • Input resolution steps into ticketing system.
  • Cooperate on process improvement and automation to improve your daily activities and customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS

Your profile:

  • Fluent Dutch and English speaker
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Interested in computer systems, mobile devices and other technology products
  • Enjoys collaborating and communicating with people
