Workster is partnering with a leading global entertainment company to recruit motivated and communicative Game Presenters for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this exciting position, you will be presenting games in a modern studio environment, engaging with players, and ensuring a fun and interactive experience. This role offers training, a competitive salary, and a dynamic working environment with opportunities for growth.
Your Role:
- Present games on camera, engaging with players and ensuring a fun and interactive atmosphere
- Handle live game presentations, including card games, dice games, and other live entertainment content
- Educate players about game rules and provide excellent customer service during live sessions
- Operate the studio equipment and maintain smooth running of the show
- Ensure a high level of engagement and professionalism in all interactions
- Participate in performance reviews and continue to improve presenting skills
Your Qualifications:
- Conversational English (fluency in spoken and written communication)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to engage with an audience and manage live content
- Comfortable being on camera and performing in a live environment
- No prior experience necessary – paid training provided
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a shift-based environment
- Multitasking abilities and experience in using basic computer tools
- Interest in gaming or entertainment is a plus
The Offer:
- Full-time, on-site position in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Shifts: Morning: 07:00 – 16:00, Afternoon: 15:00 – 00:00, Night: 23:00 – 08:00
- Base salary plus performance bonuses
- Additional bonuses: 10% for weekend shifts, 25% for night shifts, and 100% for public holidays
- Lunch allowance
- Accommodation: 20 days in Sofia upon arrival in a luxury apartment
- Fully covered flights and transport (for EU passport holders)
- Full relocation support to Sofia, Bulgaria; €1,000 relocation bonus, paid in two installments (50% after the first month, 50% after the second)
