Ireland VIP Account Manager

As Ireland VIP Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
• Be patient & have negotiation skills;
• Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
• Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products;
• Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
• Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;

• Fluent English Language is a must;
• Multitasking and time-managing;
• Productivity and flexibility;
• 2+ years’ experience in Gambling business;
• 1+ experience in portfolio managing;
• Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products.
