Workster is recruiting experienced Irish professionals for a digital banking project in Lisbon. - Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve a wide range of customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Manage complex customer issues end-to-end with professionalism and empathy.
- Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints management.
- Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and support process improvements.
- Adapt to evolving business and customer needs in a dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Irish citizens with at least 12 months’ experience in banking, financial services, or insurance in Ireland.
- Fluent English (native-level) – written and spoken.
- Strong communication and confident decision-making skills, especially in sensitive or complex cases.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.g., GSuite, Slack).
- Collaborative, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
