IT Recruiter (with relocation support)

We are looking for experienced and motivated IT recruiters to support our Technology Department in the recruitment and onboarding process of frontend and backend developers.

Working place: Szczecin (Poland)

Your tasks:

• Creation and implementation of recruitment strategy
• End-to-end recruitment
• Responsibility for Candidate Experience from screening till onboarding
• Developers' support on HR related topics for the entire employment period
• Finding new ways of sourcing candidates
• Applications screening 
• Arranging interviews and entry tests
• Reporting directly to the Director of Technology

• English (B2) and Russian (C1) knowledge
• Experience in recruiting (experience in IT field is a plus)
• Problem solving attitude
• Higher education
