We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Italian or French speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon or Porto. You will assist customers via email, chat, and calls, providing top-notch support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Italian or French
- Advanced English (B2+)
- EU passport or legal right to work in Portugal
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
