Italian Speaking Customer Service - Office based

Our client is recruiting Italian speakers.
Gross salary per month is €1040 + free accommodation for the whole 12 month contract (own room in a shared house/apartment)
Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to work on behalf of a world leading medical company.
Job Duties
- Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.
- Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)
- Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.
Essential Criteria
- Native level Italian and English.
- At least some customer service experience,.
- Good general IT skills.
