Requirements:
• Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused attitude
Working Hours:
• Monday to Sunday
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00 (Portugal time)
