About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Trust & Safety Specialist with fluent Italian and strong English skills to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content, enforcing platform policies, and identifying potential risks.

This position is ideal for analytical individuals who are comfortable making decisions based on established guidelines and can handle sensitive information with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Review user-generated back-office information, including content that may be sensitive or potentially disturbing

Ensure compliance with company policies and community guidelines

Take timely and appropriate action on content that violates policies or poses risks

Stay up to date with internal procedures and policy changes

Identify trends and patterns to proactively mitigate risks

Document decisions accurately and provide clear reasoning when required

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Fluent Italian (written and spoken)

English language skills at B2 level or higher

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to process sensitive information professionally

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Confidence in making and defending policy-based decisions

Ability to recognize behavioral patterns and trends

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Preferred

Experience in content moderation, fraud investigation, trust & safety, risk operations, spam detection, or similar fields
