What will you do?
  • Provide Italian-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and document relevant case information.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
  • Appropriately handle escalations and document resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or close tickets properly.
  • Maintain the internal ticketing system in English.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, contributing to a positive brand reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
  • Native-level Italian (C2) and English proficiency.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
  • PC literacy and proficiency in Google Docs & Google Sheets.
  • Aptitude for wireless troubleshooting.
  • Patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
  • EU passport or valid residence permit is required.
