Your Responsibilities
  • Help Italian-speaking users resolve technical issues via phone
  • Support in topics like battery performance, account recovery, device updates, and data migration
  • Provide guidance for app, network, and audio-related queries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear and friendly support
  • Follow internal training and continuously upgrade your product knowledge
REQUIREMENTS
 Your Profile
  • Native-level Italian speaker and fluent in English (C1)
  • Advanced technical know-how and confident using MacOS or iOS environments
  • Fast typing skills (≥ 20 wpm) with strong accuracy
  • Previous experience in customer or tech support is a big plus
  • Able to relocate to Greece and open to working on rotating shifts including weekends
OFFER
  • Monthly gross salary: 1.045,72€
  • Performance bonus: up to 300€ monthly

  • 3 weeks of paid training + 2 weeks of nesting
  • ✈️ Work from office in Greece (no remote work)

  • Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Sunday
