Type of job:

Inbound services- Customer services representative, in collaboration with clients from different industries.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with Japanese speaking customers
• Responding to customers’ inquiries via Phone& e-mail
• Providing guidance and support to customers

• A high school diploma is a must (or higher).
• EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal (mandatory).
• Fluency in Japanese language (native )
