As a member of our Japanese Technical Support team, you will be providing 24/7 help-desk support for users, helping them with their inquiries and technical issues via phone & e-mail, helping to build a better online user experience for millions of people all around the world.

- Provide 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email in Japanese
- Follow company and client procedures and guidelines
- Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
- Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Japanese
- Great communication skills in English
- Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Technical background & familiarity with technology trends
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Positive attitude & team spirit
