We’re looking for a Danish-speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our small but mighty team in Barcelona. This job is all about bringing new venues on board from across Denmark. This is an entry-level position perfect for a Junior talent ready to jump from entry-level sales into professional B2B, taking ownership of the full sales cycle and bringing real value to the buyers you work with.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Sales outreach: Identify new venue prospects (hotels, bars, restaurants, mansions…), reach out via email and phone, and close deals.
  • Onboarding & content creation: Set up new partners on the platform, create listings, and make sure they shine.
  • Product demos: Walk new partners through the platform and show them how to get bookings.
  • Pipeline management: Keep track of your prospects and follow-ups with discipline.
  • Hitting targets: Work towards individual goals for calls, deals, and onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with your supervisor and teammates to grow Denmark together.
REQUIREMENTS
Who We’re Looking For
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, call centers, or as an SDR/BDR. This is a Junior role so don’t be afraid if you don’t tick all the boxes.
  • Fluent Danish (written & spoken) + comfortable using English as our internal language.
  • Confident on the phone – you’ve already beaten the “cold call fear.”
  • Eager to learn B2B sales: handling longer cycles, negotiation, and consultative conversations with decision-makers.
  • Motivated & curious about startups and international business.
  • Organized & consistent in following up leads and keeping your pipeline warm.
  • Team player who enjoys building things together and keeping the vibe positive.

What’s on the table
  • Start Date: Flexible, ideally during October
  • Contract: Permanent with full-time hours (40h/week)
  • Compensation: For a junior role, the salary is 24,000€ gross/year. We have yearly raises and after proving yourself during the first year, you’ll make the jump into a mid-level role with higher earnings.
  • Location: Our cool Barcelona office. We’re office-first (especially during training), but hybrid options are possible later
