About the role
This is a non-customer-facing role focused on reviewing and verifying user-reported content on digital map platforms. The team is responsible for moderating imagery received from users through various sources such as maps, street view, etc. Using internal policies and systems provided, the images must be reviewed, and useful information extracted from them to improve the product / meet the expectations of the client.
What will you do:
- Review images according to the process and make moderation decisions,
- Provide feedback to improve the product, process, policy, etc., where issues are identified,
- Manually draw over images and label them to create examples for machine learning algorithms and model development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency of German at min. B2/C1 level and English at C1 level,
- Experience working in a BPO environment,
- Attention to detail,
- Good analytical & coordination skills are essential,
- Ability to perform in adverse situations,
- Flexible to adapt to any changes in the organization / process,
- Quick learner and tech-savvy in understanding new systems and tools,
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Due to Client security requirements in the project, it is a condition of your employment in the position offered to present a valid NFC-enabled ID card (i.e. an e-chip-enabled ID/Passport) and undergo the Client mandated ID check as a part of the Client onboarding to the project. If the above requirement is not fulfilled Cognizant will be entitled to cancel this offer and not enter into an employment agreement with you or, in case the employment agreement is signed with you prior to completion of the abovementioned verification, terminate your employment. The Client being the data controller responsible for this specific verification process will contact you separately to provide you with more detailed information in this regard.
