You will be part of an international team in Lisbon, supporting a company that delivers fresh ingredients and easy recipes directly to customers’ homes across multiple markets.
Your Role
• Reconnect with former customers and help them restart their subscription
• Understand customer needs and present the service clearly
• Handle outbound calls and follow-ups
• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Deliver a positive and smooth customer experience

Lisbon, Portugal – a vibrant city with great weather, international environment, and strong quality of life.

REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent Danish and good English
• Strong communication skills and interest in sales
• Motivation to work with targets and speak with customers daily
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• EU passport or valid work permit
