We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in Málaga. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled quickly, efficiently, and with empathy.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone

Resolve inquiries and issues in a professional and empathetic manner

Requirements

Fluent level in Norwegian

Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Strong problem-solving mindset and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new systems

Living in Málaga or willing to relocate there
