Location: Athens, Greece
Role: Norwegian speaking Online Retail Assistant
Salary: EUR 1300 gross p/m (paid 14 x per year) plus EUR 100 gross on meal vouchers plus up to 10% performance bonus
Hours: 40 hrs per week between Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

The Role
As on Online Retail Assistant you will support customers of a fast-growing e-commerce company that specializes in offering a seamless online shopping experience. You will be assisting customers via phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to ensure an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to resolve customer issues.
- Assist with order inquiries, account management, and general troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Intermediate English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem solving skills
