Customer Support Specialist – Norwegian Speaking

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide outstanding support to customers navigating technical challenges.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote assistance.

Install and configure software, hardware, and systems to ensure smooth functionality.

Communicate clearly and concisely to help users understand and resolve their issues.

Document technical problems and solutions to improve future service.

Collaborate with the tech team to escalate complex issues and drive continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software; basic understanding of smart home devices is a plus. Full training will be provided.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.

Excellent communication skills in Norwegian (additional languages are a plus).

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A self-starter eager to learn and grow in the evolving tech landscape.
