As an Online Fashion Advisor, you will be part of a great team and all together we will:

• Handle and respond to fashion queries including order taking, product information, tracking deliveries, returns by phone, email, or tickets
• Support our clients at every step of the shopping process
• Identify clients’ needs to achieve the best purchasing experience

• Fluency in Swedish language for daily communication with customers
• Good command of English (B1) for training and internal communication
• Affinity for Fashion and e-commerce will be considered as an advantage
