Inviting applications for the role of Order Management Specialist with Italian or German-Remote︌︄︇︋︉︆︇️︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
Responsibilities
Handles Quote and Order process for types of products like Spare Parts, Services, Molding.
Tracking delivery dates of sales orders
Preparation of down payment invoices/ credit memo requests
Recording & evaluation of key figures (ERP/ CRM) Clarification/ elaboration of bank securities
Master data maintenance (material master, customer master, digital filing)
Managing of Customer Portals
Close collaboration with Area Sales Manger and Key Account Manager team
Ability to use superior communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decision-making.
Excel at delivering the highest levels of client service and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Able to be self-directed and work independently in order to meet and exceed goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Advanced Italian language skills
English language capability to proficiency level
Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS office tools
Molding/ Hot Runner/ Plastic industry background is preferred.
Ready to take new challenges.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Previous experience in a multinational company
Prior experience in Sales / invoicing activities is preferable.
Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP & EPICOR and CRM: Salesforce
Ideal industry experience includes heavy manufacturing, industrial engineering.
Ability to work with minimum supervision in the cross-cultural environment.
