Payroll Admin with German

By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a Remote/Hybrid way.

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Processing client's payroll every pay period;
  • Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data;
  • Entering payroll information into central system for processing;
  • Completing ad-hoc or recurrent payroll reports;
  • Answering staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records;
  • Receiving and coordinates requests for leave and other absences;
  • Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law;
  • Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records;
  • Honoring confidentiality of employees' pay records.
REQUIREMENTS

Skills that make your work successful:

  • B2 German and English language profficiency;
  • Experience in HR Admin/Payroll activity, good to have, not mandatory;
  • SAP user skill, good to have, not mandatory;
  • Good PC operating skills;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive approach and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required;
