By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a Remote/Hybrid way.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Processing client's payroll every pay period;
- Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data;
- Entering payroll information into central system for processing;
- Completing ad-hoc or recurrent payroll reports;
- Answering staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records;
- Receiving and coordinates requests for leave and other absences;
- Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law;
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records;
- Honoring confidentiality of employees' pay records.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills that make your work successful:
- B2 German and English language profficiency;
- Experience in HR Admin/Payroll activity, good to have, not mandatory;
- SAP user skill, good to have, not mandatory;
- Good PC operating skills;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive approach and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required;
