DESCRIPTION

No previous experience needed. You´ll get 3 months training from day one.

 

Your job responsibilities include: 

  • Guiding and advising the client on payroll, personnel administration and social legislation, use of payroll packages. 
  • Following up, calculating and checking the wages of your clients. 
  • Keeping knowledge and experience up to date within the various areas of payroll and personnel administration. 
  • As a spoc for the customer you are responsible for the communication with supporting services of SD Worx. 
  • Looking for inefficient processes, suggesting optimizations and working them out, possibly under the guidance of a payroll consultant. 
  • Transfer knowledge and tasks to colleagues in the assigned group and support them in administrative, payroll and legal matters.

REQUIREMENTS

What we need: 

  • Languages: Dutch is mandatory.
  • Have a strong interest in HR with specific focus on payroll and social legislation.  
  • Have an analytical mind and great affinity for software applications. 
  • Are eager to learn, strongly customer focused, autonomous, meticulous, and able to work quickly. 
  • You are positive, results-oriented, and solution-oriented.  
  • See changing circumstances as a challenge and opportunity. 
  • Contribute to our team spirit through enthusiasm and commitment.
