Main Responsibilities:
• Preparation of payroll and management of employee incidents.
• Management of contracts and communication with the Social Security.
• Issuance of salary receipts.
REQUIREMENTS
• High level of German (C1 or higher).
• 2-3 years of experience in the payroll area.
• A good level of English is a plus.
OFFER
• Permanent contract.
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule (start time between 7 AM and 9 AM, with intensive Fridays).
• Competitive salary of €28-30K annually.
• Hybrid working model (2 days remote work per week after the probation period).
