You'll be a vital part of the team handling their Home services, helping customers with their technical issues, ensuring they get the best from their home subscriptions.
As a German Customer Support Expert customers experiencing technical issues with their Internet and TV services. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot their problems, help them get back online, and ensure their service operates smoothly. You’ll also be expected to cross-sell and upsell additional services, enhancing their overall experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Provide technical support for Home customers, troubleshooting Internet and TV service issues.
Assisting customers with technical concerns, service activations, and more.
Engage in cross-selling and upselling opportunities during interactions to offer the best service packages to customers.
Ensure timely resolution of issues, and update customer records for further reference.
Keep up to date with product and service changes to better serve customer needs.

Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native (C1) fluency in German, and B2-level proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, and manage time effectively during peak periods.
- Enthusiastic about cross-selling and upselling to help customers get the most out of their subscriptions.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus but not required—training is provided!
