Main mission
- Ensure internal and external customer quality monitoring
Main functions
- Assist KA team on daily / weekly collaboration with external customer matter related to our network quality KPI
- Collobarate with OPS teams on daily issues encountered and report Root Cause / Action plan
- Data crunsh on quality topics related to KPI / process improvement
Requirements
1. Education level
Master degree in logistics / supply chain / lean management
