Quality Assurance Specialist with Italian, French or Spanish + English (C1) | Hybrid in Lisbon
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Languages: Italian or French or Spanish + English (C1)
Schedule: Standard business hours (Mon–Fri)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Evaluate call quality through regular monitoring and data analysis
Create reports and suggest actionable improvements
Work closely with clients and internal teams to maintain service excellence
Identify script/process gaps and propose solutions
Provide constructive feedback to support agent growth
Join calibration sessions and support training teams with insights

You Bring:
1+ year in a QA, Quality Analyst, or Auditor role
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and feedback skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of call center best practices is a plus
