Has excellent command of spoken and written Croatian and Serbian (level C1);
Has an excellent command of spoken and written English (at least B2);
Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial, but not mandatory;
Identify, research, and resolve product issues and queries concerning part/product replacement and execute the solution in line with local procedures;
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied;
Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team;
Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process, and technology;
Has a proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping.
