About the role:
As a Content Moderator, you will work for the world’s largest social media platform, reviewing and moderating digital content to ensure compliance with guidelines and legal standards. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, positive, and high-quality online environment for users.
Your responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate content according to set guidelines and standards
- Identify, classify, and tag relevant information during content review
- Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and platform-specific requirements
- Spot guideline violations and propose appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with your team to improve processes and tools
- Produce reports and statistics related to content analysis
Your profile:
- Native-level Romanian (C2)
- Good English skills (B2 or above)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work precisely and objectively
- Neutral attitude toward sensitive content
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EU passport or valid residence permit in Portugal
- Clean criminal record
What’s on offer:
- Yearly salary: €15,740 (€14,000 base + €1,740 net meal allowance)
- Welcome bonus: €1,000 in the first year
- Night shift bonus: 25% extra per hour on base salary
